Cancellation Policy
Weekly Stay (7 days)
- • Guests may cancel up to 3 days before check-in.
- • Refund = amount paid minus taxes, commission and 15% of the tariff.
- • No refund for cancellations made within 3 days before check-in.
Monthly Stay (25 – 31 days)
- • Guests may cancel up to 1 week before check-in.
- • Refund = amount paid minus taxes, commission and 15% of the tariff.
- • No refund for cancellations less than one week before check-in.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email or WhatsApp). Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
